Halloween Special, Kimbolton Castle Sat 31st Oct 2026

Kimbolton Castle is a country house in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire, England. It was the final home of King Henry VIII's first wife, Catherine of Aragon. Originally a medieval castle but converted into a stately palace, it was the family seat of the Earls and Dukes of Manchester from 1615 until 1950. It now houses Kimbolton School.

Kimbolton Castle was the site of a Roman-era fortification which was later used by the Saxon kings as a manor house.

Kimbolton Castle is famously associated with the ghost of Catherine of Aragon, the first wife of Henry VIII, who was imprisoned there in the last two years of her life before her death in 1536. Legend says she haunts the castle, particularly the gallery, where she is said to appear as legs and lower body projecting from the ceiling or as head and shoulders gliding along the floor.
